often when i start up sunview, some of my windows never happen.  usually a
perfmeter or two is missing.  occasionally a shell is missing as well.

simply exiting suntools and restarting sometimes solves the problem -- but
usually it will lose yet a different window...

has this been discussed earlier?  has anyone else encountered this
bugfeature?
