1.	I'm not a Usenet user.  Therefore am not familiar with UUencode.decode
Haven't seen it before..  But you didn't say it was UUencoded..
2. PD1:<hz100> is the public domain directory of HZ-100 sofware on SIMTEL20
3.  FTP - File Transfer Protocol, for moving files between hosts, used on
DDN, ARPAnet, etc.
