This cloggs up the already grossly overloaded Internet traffic as it goes especially when other methods (FTP) are in place to handle the task in a proper fashion to make your work available to even more users that will have the choice of downloading it or not. This is the same Netiquette that is used in all the 300+ Internet Interest Groups. I have been informed by some associates that your mystery file is a UUencoded ARC file that contains COM, DOC and ASM source, and that it appears to be a very nice and useful program.
