We were doing some work with Microport and have, on occassion, sent representatives to their site. During the last visit (in late January), upon returning from lunch, Microport could not get in their building. They were locked out for non-payment of rent. Since that time, Televideo has been doing some restructuring, to the extent that most, if not all, of the previous top management is gone. This includes Greg Chavis, the previous president. Televideo, at present, is committed to keeping Microport going, and they are answering their phone for problem calls. Televideo, however, has been having problems and I think I read that they had to lay-off some people (in the parent company).
