Hello.

I have some problem regarding the troff ms macro package. When
formatting footnotes, you get a page layout like:

		body text
				<- constant width blank (except when at
				   end of paragraph)
		------
		footnotes
				<- variable width blank
		page number

What I need (actually, what the publisher wants), is:

		body text
				<- any widht blank
		------
		footnotes
				<- CONSTANT width blank
		page number

Any ideas on how to achieve this?
