Message-ID: <142@cms2.UUCP> Date: 10 Mar 89 16:05:37 GMT Organization: CMDS, Dallas, Texas Lines: 16 We seem to be having problems with lp. When our systems crashs, almost without fail lp has been running. Whether there are 1 or 20 jobs queued, it just randomly hangs the system. Has anyone else experienced this problem? We are currently running Microport V/386. The one peculiarity about this situation is that it only happens when we are printing on a serial port, never on the parallel port. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. My users are not at all happy about this situation! Thanks! -- Alan McCain Christian Medical & Dental Society UUCP: cms2!alan
