I have a question concerning X11 R2 vs X11 R3. The area concerned is in drawing arcs. Here goes: Why is it that MIT changed from using integer arithmetic in R2, to using floating point arithmetic in R3, in the routines for drawing arcs? Did MIT have any problems with drawing ARCS in R2? Thanks in advance, Andrew MacLean watmath!watsnew.waterloo.edu!hoops
