I dont quite fully understand the philosophy in the ban for growing
hemp plant.
When a human being discovered that the knife could be used to
kill his neighbour, we dont ban the use of knives. !! So in the
same level of thought, we dont ban tobacco growing.

Question: what is hemp used for now ?
          what can a plant material with 3-6% lignin be used
          for ?
