Is there a list of the contents of the type/length field in an
Ethernet packet? I know:
0060	Loopback
0200	Echo
0400	PUP (Xerox)
0800	DARPA IP
0806	ARP
8035	RARP

I am seeing many, many "other" types, though, like 9001-900a, 8001,
and so on. Can someone shed some light?
