Doesn't somebody make a board called "Won Under" or something like that
that is really a PC-style expansion slot for some portables like the
Toshiba that aren't already equipped with such a device?  The idea is
that you can plug a LAN board into it, and you can also unsnap it and
leave it at the office when you take your laptop with you.  Sorry I
don't know the manufacturer, but perhaps this will jog someone else's
memory.  The best part is that you can use any network board you wish...
