We have sgi 4d's and some terminals that output sequences like 
<esc>[123q  or <esc>154q for a number of function keys and control keys.
Is there any simple way to bind such keys to a function?
Or is it necessary to have <esc>[ a prefix, then <esc>[1 a prefix etc.,
such that I would need a large number of sparse keymaps to bind a small
set of such function keys?
