I am looking for information on the differences between Targa m8 
and PCVision Plus frame-grabbers.  I am planning on using 
them for digitizing video-tapes of animal movements.  Is 
anyone aware of dealers that sell these boards for less than
the full list price (=$1995)?  Many thanks for any help.
