I need to be able to use the following VGA modes from turbo-C

1. 320x200 - 256 Colors

2. 640x400 - 256 Colors

3. 800x600 - 16 Colors

Has anyone written BGI drivers for them.
Does anyone have an example which would help me write 
a driver form one of these modes?  Any help will be appriciated!
