	I have had trouble compiling QRT on an IBM pc....I made the 
bug fixes on malloc and the toupper call, but I still get a "Null
pointer assignment" or floating point domain error almost imediately when
I try to run in on any of the demo input files.
I am using Borland's Turbo C v1.5.
Any Clues??
