This note is a pointer to QRT version 1.5 in comp.sources.unix.  I
submitted 1.5 to Mr. Salz (moderator of the group) on Sun 19 Mar 89,
so with any sort of luck, it will appear there shortly.  Version 1.5
has a number of bug fixes and enhancements for non-Amiga machines; I
recommend that those who were interested in 1.4 get the new version.

I have requested confirmation from Rich Salz that QRT arrived; if it
does not, I will either try again or figure out some other way to
distribute it.
