Hi,

We are purchasing a Meiko MK015 display system to install in
a Sun 3/160. The manual for the GFX Library, which is provided
"free" and "unsupported" with the hardware, has a description
of the 8-bit and 24-bit encoded format for the image files
which it can display.

I wondered if anyone out there in netland has any experience of
integrating the image display on this system with that of the
Sun. In particular conversion between the GFX format and the
Sun rasterfile format. Some general C code for run length
encoding would be helpful.

Also has anyone built the X11R3 Sun Server to run on Meiko
Transputer kit (and if it is possible!).
