I. Corporation, Amherst, Massachusetts Lines: 18 Having just received the "Modula-3 Report" from the librarian at the Olivetti Research Center (thank you!), I find myself wondering (not unnaturally) if there are any Modula-3 compilers available commercially or otherwise for the Atari ST or the IBM PC; any information on available M3 compilers for other machines is also welcome. If there's enough interest I'll summarize responses to the net - to show interest, e-mail me with a brief note saying something like "I'm interested in available compilers for Modula-3, too." If there isn't enough interest to warrant posting, I'll reply individually. Is comp.lang.misc a good place to ask questions like this one? I've posted a similar request to comp.lang.modula2; I'm not sure which of the two newsgroups Modula-3 discussions belong in, as Modula-3 is _quite_ distinct from Modula-2 (dang nifty too, if you ask me.)
