Dear netters,

     I am looking for software that will enable me to create
graphics files from a picture scanner which can be easily
manipulated by Turbo Pascal on an IBM AT.  Also, any references
to Turbo routines which can input graphics files from disk
and move them into video memory would be appreciated.
