The distribution of the PS fonts to be used with tex seems to have an 80K
file for ag-book.tfm. I have not been able to locate a working version
anywhere, the file seems to be corrupt. Does anybody have a working
ag-book.tfm file? Even the old PS-AvantGarde-Book.*fm would do! Thanks
in advance...
