When I execute the following fragment of Postscript code in the NeWS psh environment...... 100 100 translate 400 400 scale 0 1 0 rgbcolor setcolor %green 900 900 % width and height of bitmap true % color if bit is set to 1 [900 0 0 900 0 ] % starts in lower left hand corner {< (202500 hex characters arranged in rows of 72 characters each except the final row has 36) >} imagemask ....... the image, that should look(generically) like this_ | | \|/ ' # ### ### # # ### ### # # ### ### # ### ### # # # ### ### # turns into # ### ## ## # ### ### # something like--> ## ## ### # # ### ### # ## ### ### # ### ### # # ### ### # Is there something obvious that I am overlooking? I'm fairly certain the bitmap itself is correct in the sense of scanning left to right and up by rows from the lower left hand corner of the image.
