It includes MacMH, a POP client which can talk over an Appletalk-in-IP link (Kinetics FastPath) or an Ethertalk link to your POP/MH server. I especially like not having to teach all my unix-naive users to use sendmail. The package also comes with a Telnet/FTP implementation, which I'm finding I like better than NCSA Telnet 2.2.
