You'll have to be more specific than "Univerity of New South Wales".
It's a pretty big place, with a lot of departments.  Mailing to
"root@unsw.oz.AU" will hit the first machine in the "unsw" domain -
most likely the Electrical Engineering and Computer Science domain (eecs).

Modify the address as necessary if you don't support MX records.
