Hi.  When should one use the P mailer flag (or should one?)  All that I
can figure is that using it sticks a Path: on the mail message and
a side effect of this is an address such as

	Fred Avolio <avolio@decuac.dec.com>

instead of

	avolio@decuac.dec.com (Fred Avolio)

Is this correct?  What's the diff?
