I will be away for about two weeks, so I won't be commenting on news,
replying to mail etc.

I have high hopes of getting a research grant for a distributed operating
system project (Amoeba, not MINIX).  I may know about that when I get
back.  If the grant is approved, I will be able to hire a systems 
programmer/researcher for 1-3 years, starting probably immediately.
If it is approved, I will post a detailed message to misc.jobs.offered
and a short note here, so if you are potentially interested, you could
spend Easter vacation polishing up your curriculum vitae.
