	I need help with minix 1.1 on a PC Limited (dell) turbo pc 
w/ ega  (xt clone)

In trying to upgrade to 1.2 , I  created a partion on my hard disk
( fdisk , mkfs ) and then created a directory called minix on it.
Under minix I have the nine subdirs mentioned in the manual. I mount
the hard disk on the /mnt dir.

Next I started copying files ("cp") from the src directories on my 
floppies
to the hard disk. BUT I  am getting  the following error MSG

	"Kernel panic: WIN wont reset"
	type space to reboot

I also got this msg once when i tried a "mkdir" on the hard disk. 

Also with my system I must boot dos first and then do a cont-alt-del
to boot minix, or it hangs when it tries to load the /root
file system.

	Any help would be great !!
