It is a network calendar which lets one schedule inanimate things like rooms, projectors, etc as well as appointments with people. It's possible to pull up a list of all these schedules to select from and then it overlays them to see where time slots are free. It may not be exactly what you need, but may be close. The product is still in beta, but they have been sending out literature. Perfect Timming also has an agenda feature as well as reminders.
