We use KFPS-4 with KIP0188 (mainly because we have to wait till the
summer holidays to graduate to 0688).  It works just like the KFPS3s
and KFPS2s.  The trick is to set up the config and load file you
want before the FastPath reloads itself (within the first 30 seconds
or so of reset or repower).

K-Star is not used at all, and we use 768+ port range numbers.
