The original source code for Zmodem (rzsz or if it's szrz..) should be
available on several systems. I'm not sure if it's got support for LZW
or not -- but it's a Unix implementation.

The other question of course is.. unless you're sending un-compressed
files, LZW compression will have little effect and can in many cases
increase the transfer overhead.
