Is there a comprehensive list of the new types and codes that have
been added to ICMP since RFC 793?  I know about subnet mask query and
reply, and the Blacker Front End document lists code 10 (Administratively
Prohibited) as a new code for Destination Unreachable.  What should
an implementation do with new codes?  4.3bsd, for example, rejects
ICMP messages with unknown codes, rather than passing some error
indication up to the application.
