I was under the impression that Van Jacobson finished the TCP header
prediction code some time after the tahoe release of 4.3 BSD.  Since I can't
find the code on ucbarpa, I'm beginning to wonder if it has been released at
all or not.

Could someone please clue me in to the current status of the TCP header
prediction code and perhaps give me a pointer to it, if it is sitting
somewhere on the Internet.
