Given a set of subroutines, and the Lattice V5.02 complier,
what sort of magick is required to create a disk loadable
library similar to conhandler.library etc. etc .etc
(rexxarplib.library also comes to mind...)

i have a friend who has a FANTASIC set of IFF handler routines,
(the guy who wrote multiview (i posted an older version a while back
(an iff manipluation program for cross machine formats....) came up with
them...
he wants to create his own iff.library type of thing...

if any one has this info I'd greatly appreciate it...
