If NOT then either you or someone handy with a soldering iron will need to add a 16 AWG solid wire across all 4 PALs on the daughter board connecting both ends thru the grounds on the interconnect sockets and then to good solid ground traces on the mother board. This grounding trick was discovered by Bryce Nesbit and has saved many an add-on board from the scrap heap.
