	Recently, my Amiga crashed so hard that CTRL-AMIGA-AMIGA had NO
EFFECT; that is, the crash symptoms (garbage on the screen & the audio out,
and gronking disk drives) continued unchanged.  (Details of the crash are
available if you are interested.)
	Anyhow, I thought that this was impossible!  How can CTRL-AMIGA-AMIGA
have no effect?
