Another interesting ibm mainframe oreiented REXX book is Prentice-Hall's
Modern Programming using REXX, by O'hara and Gomberg.
isbn0-13-597311-2.

It is not a reference-type book, like Colishaw's.  It tries to teach
REXX usage *and* modern programming at the same time.  (By "modern
programming", I mean that it uses examples derived from classics by
Hoare, Dykstra, and Gries.)
