An option should be provided when mounting NEWCON: to have it put
scroll bar(s) on its window. You should be able to say that
the window is #rows by #cols. This gives text history, and keeps lines
from wrapping around when the window is small.
To make history usefull there should be a way to cut and paste; cut and
paste should use clipboards so that other things can pull in text from
a console window.
None of this is very hard to do, so why not?
