I think CBM is really missing out on a market here. If they could come out with the equivalent of a 500 with 1M RAM, 1 3.5" drive, 20meg hard drive, modem and some sort of screen, I would probaly have bought that instead. Being a student, I move around a lot and being a CIS major I bring my computer everywhere I go. Last summer, my 20 meg hard drive got trashed in transit which left my with a crippled computer for the entire summer. Major Bummer. I would give almost anything to have a truly portable Amiga and be very happy with just a transportable one.
