I'm trying to compile the Dillon/Drew/Borreo&Dieni Shell V3.01a that
was posted to sources not too long ago.  They should really call it
something, it looks pretty good.  I am now using the older version
2.07 (I *need* my funtion keys mapped) and want to make my compiling 
stuff resident.  Looks like this will do it.

Anyway, it wants to include:    arpbase.h   &   arpfunctions.h 

Could someone mail these to me or tell me where they are to be found?
