This way I can define a set of function key strings and/or the keypad while still honoring any default keymaps set up for the rest of the keyboard. Is this feasable? A quick glance at the console device auto docs show that it ought to be. Does anyone do this? If not why not? If so, does any one have any example code they would be willing to send me to help me get this implimented quickly? -- Brian Waters !{iuvax|pur-ee}!bsu-cs!jbwaters
