I'm going to check over all the connections, but they look good... a strange thing is that the resistance from +5V to GND is 529ohms (I believe that the resistance should have been around 270), I've checked all the orientations of the chips and the polarity of the of the tant. caps, about the only thing I'm kind of wondering is the orientation of the SIPs (I aligned the mark on the sips with the silk screen's "1"s so I should think that's the correct orientation...) Do the U9 varients cause it to do aboslutly nothing?
