If you're not a Certified Developer or Apple Partner, I think you have to use U.S. Mail: Apple II Developer Technical Support Apple Computer, Inc. 20525 Mariani Avenue, M/S 51-T Cupertino, CA 95014 (M/S means Mail Stop, by the way.) If you're a CD or Apple Partner, you can report bugs through AppleLink (_not_ Personal Edition) or MCI Mail. When you report a bug, first give a brief summary of the bug; then give step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the bug, if possible, including all version numbers and details about your system configuration. If you can duplicate the problem with a fresh copy of the system disk (no desk accessories installed, etc), that would make things simpler. It's better to give too much information than not enough--the root of the problem may not be where you think it is, so don't try to guess what's relavent. --David A.
