Since I had read in the discussion that the filename in a binscii header
was not subject to CRC testing, I mistakenly took this as carte blanche
to change the filename.  Unfortunately, when i shortened the filename, 
I did not change the length count, thus the problem..  

My fault..   

today, I posted shrinkit 1.1 in squeezed binary II format...
Sice many more people have BLU I saw it as a way to propagate shrinkit
even further...
