In this month's Nibble, there was a note that Ross W. Lambert of Alaska started up a new magazine, The Sorceror's Apprentice: The Assembly Language Journal of Merlin Programmers. It has three sections: 1) 8bit techniques for all Apple IIs, 2) 16bit info, and 3) answers to assembly language questions.
