All you ol' timers out there can either laugh at my ignorance or get mad because of the same stupid question that keeps getting asked, but either way, how's about a helping hand, okay? I now have an text file called BinSCII (version 1.00) and 4 text files called ShrinkIt1-4 (version 1.1). What do I do first? (And how do I do it?) I have a Apple //gs with one Apple 3.5 and a Central Point Uni. controller which has a MapleLeaf 5.25 and a MAC type 3.5 on it. I have 2.5 meg. of memory and I use everything from DOS 3.3 (from my //e days) to GSOS. If it will make things easier ("unpacking", however thats done) I have access to an Apple //e with two 5.25 disk drives. Believe it or not, I am a programmer at work. The difference is I'm just a user at home. So far, I just haven't had the time to learn this machine at home. I do enjoy using my GS and I had fun with my //e. I guess I'm just going to have to buckle under and learn the GS. +---------------------------------------------------------+ | The Apple //'s will live forever!! | | Phil Lindberg snail mail: 13845 S.E. 131 ST | | Renton, WA 98056 | | UUCP: ..!uw-beaver!ssc-vax!shuksan!tahoma!prl3546 | | Disclaimer: I don't speak for my employer (and I not | | sure they even know I exist....) | +---------------------------------------------------------+
