The main thing the 4000A adds is removable media. I have built hard drives using both the 4000 and the 4000A, and have had no problems. I use the 4000A because were I buy them, the 4000s are old (down rev). The 4000A costs about 50% more. What I would like to see is a list of ALL the SCSI drives that will work. I know the Seagate N drives work fine. What other drives are in use? al
