Right now I have a C128 (which, by the way, is for sale, if anybody's interested). I just recently bought The Write Stuff and converted most of the files from my older word processor to WS format. My question is this: is there any way to convert Write Stuff files to files compatible with any of the popular amiga WP's? I know the several 64 "emulators" (ha!) that allow yo u to read & translate 64 files, but is there any-thing that will translate the various control characters, etc, so that an amiga WP will read it in and display/print it correctly (without having to do major editing to make it look normal)? If not, does anybody know of a c64 or 128 program that will convert files written using various WP's into a plain text file? I'm gonna have to (sob!) sell my 128 & equipment to make some amiga-money,but there are a number of things I've written that I'd like to preserve on some-thing other than paper and memory (both, in my case, easy to lose). Thanks.
