Can one get an Annex to send a break?  Under R4.0 doing stty -break will
indeed prevent breaks from getting the server's attention, but they are not
being sent through.  Conversely, when using "tip" on the Unix side, ~# does
not result in a break (i.e. whatever is done to simulate a break does not
appear to propagate through rtelnet).

Is this fixed in 4.1?
