Summary: How to do this with a JVC CR-600U VCR? Message-ID: <547@solaria.csun.edu> Date: 16 Mar 89 20:39:07 GMT Sender: ecphssrw@solaria.csun.edu Reply-To: ecphssrw@afws.csun.edu (Stephen Walton) Organization: California State Univ., Northridge Lines: 15 Short and sweet: I'd like to hear from anyone who is successfully controlling a JVC VCR via a computer connected to the nine-pin remote control connector (which is actually an RS-422 serial port). Specifically, I have a model CR-600U 3/4" machine ("U-matic") but suspect other JVC machines are similar. The reason for the cross-post is that I'm using a PClone with an RS-422 board but I know lots of Amigans are doing video things with their machines too.
