No. I have the same config.sys on my floppy as I do on the hard disk (with the exception of the paths involved in the file). I tried to boot with a config.sys that only had one command at a time and it still didn't work. I have a feeling that my MS-DOS install disk isn't working properly and that DOS on my hard disk is missing something. I did have some problems installing DOS (however, everything seems to be working fine except for the boot problem). Gateway 2000 has been great. They called me back when they said they were going to and they will copy my install disk over again. Even when it was probably my fault (there was no write protect cover over the hole and I might have damaged some files.) If the problem isn't the installation please let me know. Thanks, Greg Cook
