I know of two (I'm sure there are more).
MacBrain is commercial, and I belive it is also stackWare.  It is also
expensive.  I also know of a NeuralNet stack, but don't know how well
it works as I don't know all that much about neural nets.  I have had
many requests for this stack (it's not mine, but I have a copy :)
so I am going to load it up into the .binary group tonight.  Hope this
