The only two programs in existence that read MacDraft files are MacDraft and the MacDraft to Dreams translation program that comes with the Dreams CAD program. The translator wouldn't help you at all since it just translates to another proprietary file format. What you have to do is to ask whoever gave you these files to resave them in PICT format. Or find someone who has MacDraft and get them to resave the files for you. If you get really desperate, I suppose you could mail the files to me and I could translate them for you. I'm sure you should be able to find someone with MacDraft though. No flames about proprietary formats please. I had nothing to do with it and I believe both the MacDraft and Dreams file formats are available on request. Trust me, unless you're a developer, you don't want to read these formats. I know, I've seen the code. :-) +++ Lloyd Lim Internet: lim@iris.ucdavis.edu Compuserve: 72647,660 US Mail: 146 Lysle Leach Hall, U.C. Davis, Davis, CA 95616
